Alli vs Proactol™ Review
Not all weight loss products work! Instead of wasting time and money, we have decided to compare two popular weight loss products on the market, Alli and Proactol™.
What is Alli?
Alli has been clinically shown to:
- Inhibit the absorption of fat by 25% by preventing an enzyme in your pancreas responsible for breaking down fat in your intestines
- Reduce calorie intake
Whilst both products are renowned for reducing fat ingestion, after a closer look we made some startling findings regarding side effects from Alli. This put Proactol ahead of Alli as the dietary supplement to recommend.

The Daily Telegraph have recently published information on how Alli diet pill may help rapid weight loss.
What are Alli's side effects?
A diet of Alli pills has some messy side effects!
Gas, incontinence and oily spotting (diarrhoea) are just some of the embarrassing negative side effects of Alli diet pills. Many customers have also reported discomfort after stopping using the product.
In contrast, Proactol has no known side effects and is more efficient (binding more than 3% more fat than Alli).
So which do we prefer?
When looking at both products, we found many limitations with Alli compared against Proactol™.
The main disadvantage of Alli is deciding if its safe to go outside? Concern over your bowel movements is the last thing you need! Coupled with the problems of controlling your fat intake for each meal.
In truth we recommend Proactol, from its quality to its affordability including the numerous other health benefits make this an incredible product.
From appetite suppression to a reduced calorie intake to lower blood cholesterol, consumers can also benefit from Proactols longevity.
This is not to say that Alli diet pills have got no benefits.
Despite Alli's side effects, consumers can experience guaranteed weight loss. The issue comes down to how long consumers can cope with its numerous side effects before giving up?
